  1. How do I subscribe to the magazine?

    Click on the “subscription” tab at upper right on the home page, and choose the option that suits you. When you have selected a subscription type, go to “my cart” to complete your order.

  2. What payment methods can I use?

    The Tribal Art magazine payment page is secure. You can use American Express, MasterCard, and Visa (Paypal is soon to be implemented).

  3. Can I get a receipt?

  4. What issue will my subscription end with?

    For questions relating to the length of your subscription, please send an email to: admin@tribalartmagazine.com

  5. If I subscribe today, when will my subscription become effective?

    Your subscription will begin with the next issue.

  6. When do issues come out?

    Tribal Art magazine is a quarterly, which appears in late February, late May, late August, and late November.

  7. How can I get back issues?

    Go to the “magazine” page and click on the cover of the issue you wish to purchase. Then click “order” at the lower right of the image of the double page from the magazine.

  8. In what languages is the magazine published?

    Tribal Art is a Belgian-American magazine and is published in separate French and in English editions.

  9. Do I have to pay for shipping?

    If you have a subscription, shipping is included. If you are placing an order online, you pay a shipping charge that will be calculated based on your address.

  10. What is the delivery time?

    Magazines are sent from Belgium on Fridays. The delivery time is between 5 and 15 working days depending on the destination.

  11. What shipping company do you use?

  12. My magazine arrived damaged or defective. What can I do?

    Send us an email at admin@tribalartmagazine.com. If possible, please send us a photo of the damaged magazine.
